實驗性 AI 對話平台，支援文本、多媒體分析、Deep Research、Nano Banana
圖像生成、Veo 影片生成及 TTS 語音合成。

Drink Record (MT)
飲品追蹤工具，利用 AI 識別照片中的飲品資訊（糖分、熱量、容量）並記錄歷史數據。
3. 數據收集與隱私保障

我們極度重視您的個人隱私，並承諾以下事項：

收集您的個人檔案資訊（姓名、電子郵件、頭像）。登入後，系統會設定 Cookie 以記錄您的登入狀態。

4. AI 使用與免責聲明

- 數位浮水印： 圖像生成功能生成的圖像可能包含 SynthID 數位浮水印。使用者不得嘗試移除或偽造此浮水印。
- 深度研究： 深度研究模式會使用 Google Search 等外部搜尋引擎獲取即時資訊，準確性取決於外部來源。
5. 使用限制與配額
(Usage Limits)
為確保系統穩定性與資源公平分配：
- 令牌桶機制 (Token Bucket)： 系統實施 12 小時的 Token 配額限制。
- 每日限額： 每日配額於香港時間 (UTC+8) 午夜重置。
- 終止服務： 若偵測到惡意刷取、自動化請求或違反 API 政策，我們保留暫停帳戶訪問的權利。
6. 知識產權與安全
生成的內容版權在法律允許範圍內歸您所有。您同意不使用本服務生成深度偽造（Deepfake）、有害、侵權或淫穢內容。
本生態系統的界面設計及原始碼受到版權保護。

of Terms
By accessing or using any service within this system, you signify that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This ecosystem uses a unified authentication mechanism,
and your account information is shared across applications to provide a seamless experience.

Experimental AI platform supporting text,
multimodal analysis, Deep Research, Nano Banana images, Veo videos, and TTS synthesis.

Drink Record (MT)
Drink tracking tool using AI to identify drink
info (sugar, calories) from photos and log historical data.
3. Data
Collection & Privacy
We prioritize your privacy and commit to the

profile info (name, email, avatar). A cookie is used to maintain your
session.

Chat history, uploaded files, and
photos are stored in GCS and our MySQL database. Temporary files (like chat attachments)
will expire in 7 days and are automatically deleted after they expire.

abuse and Adobe PDF Embed API for document viewing. These services may collect data
according to their own privacy policies.

- SynthID: Images generated may contain SynthID digital watermarks. Do not
attempt to remove or forge them.
- Deep Research: This mode uses external search engines; accuracy depends on
these external sources.
- Drink Stats: Nutritional estimations are for reference only. Consult
professionals for health needs.
5. Usage Limits
To ensure stability and fairness:
- Token Bucket: A 12-hour sliding window is used for token quotas.
- Daily Limits: Quotas reset at midnight (UTC+8).
- Suspension: Malicious activity or abuse may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual
Property
Generated content ownership belongs to you within legal limits. You agree not to create Deepfakes,
harmful, or infringing content. Ecosystem design and source code are protected by copyright.
